Tour Operator Policy

Tour Leaders / Drivers / Guides are offered 1 (one) meal per 10 guests. Thereafter a 50% discount applies.

We welcome all children and have an exclusive Kiddies play area with Playstations, Cartoon Network and colouring-in sheets

Less than 7 days notice of cancellation is charged at full cost. All changes to GROUP pax must be forwarded to us no later than 3 days in advance.

Seating

We have three dining areas and the seating can be arranged in the following way:

  • Upstairs Dining Area 1 - 180 pax
  • Upstairs Dining Area 2 - 40 pax
  • Downstairs Dining Area - 120 pax
